Harbor Table, the waterfront restaurant in DUMBO, announced that Chef Dana Liu has joined as executive chef. Liu previously worked at several acclaimed restaurants in Manhattan and brings experience in modern American cuisine with Asian influences.

Her appointment follows the departure of former chef Michael Torres, who left in March to pursue personal projects. Harbor Table aims to refresh its menu this spring under Liu’s direction, focusing on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

Liu plans to introduce new dishes alongside some of the restaurant’s existing favorites. The first menu changes are expected in early May. The restaurant remains committed to its waterfront dining appeal.
