Uptown Bistro in Harlem has added weekend brunch to its offerings. The brunch menu includes both classic and contemporary dishes and is available Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Owner Lisa Grant said the addition responds to neighborhood demand and expands the restaurant’s appeal. The new service includes cocktails, coffee, and pastries.

Early reviews from customers have been positive. The restaurant will monitor demand to adjust hours and menu items if needed.
