The former cocktail bar, The Loft, on the Lower East Side has converted into Vino Veritas, a wine-centric establishment. The new venue offers a curated list of international wines by the glass and bottle, accompanied by small plates.
Owners say the change responds to shifting neighborhood preferences and a growing interest in wine culture. The space includes communal tables and a modest outdoor area.
Vino Veritas opened this week and plans to hold regular tasting events and wine education sessions.
