Green Plate, a plant-based pop-up known for its innovative dishes, has ended its pop-up run with plans to open a permanent Williamsburg location this summer. The pop-up operated out of various Brooklyn venues since 2024.

Founders say they secured a lease on Bedford Avenue and will finalize design and staffing over the next two months. The permanent space will feature a full menu and expanded seating.

Green Plate built a loyal following and garnered press for creative vegan cuisine. The move to a fixed location marks a new phase for the team.
