Kawa, a Japanese restaurant in Tribeca, has introduced a new prix fixe tasting menu. The menu features a six-course progression highlighting seasonal seafood and vegetables.

Chef Kenji Saito, who joined Kawa last year, designed the new menu to offer a more intimate dining experience. The tasting is available for $95 per person.

Reservations are recommended as the format limits seating capacity. The restaurant continues its à la carte options alongside the new menu.
