Source: NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Restaurant Inspection Results (NYC Open Data 43nn-pn8j), inspections dated 2026-09-15 to 2026-10-15 (the most recent date in the dataset). The dataset has one row per violation; we count each establishment-and-date pair as one inspection. Letter grades B and C are often finalized weeks later after a re-inspection or hearing, so this report uses the score of initial cycle inspections: 0–13 points corresponds to the A range, 14–27 to B and 28+ to C. Closures include initial closures and re-closures. Neighborhood names come from the city’s 2020 Neighborhood Tabulation Areas. Updated weekly; last update 2026-10-18 11:01 ET.
